An Exact replica of the Lee Rider Zip-fly Jeans worn by James Dean in “Giant”, the movie that earned him his Award nomination in 1955. A Warner Brothers production tag was sewn into the waistband and bore the date April 26th 1955 and the notation “James Dean” and the initials “JD” just below. Included was a black and white photography of Dean wearing the jeans for a wardrobe test. These jeans were put on auction in October 2006 and sold for a high sum of $35,850.
