Founded in 2004 by Lars Harmsen, Slanted, initially a blog, has made it to a regular print edition of a magazine too, with huge cover posters to collect. Not necessarily eye-striking for its paper stock or production techniques but for its monothematic content – an exception on the German market and a source for experimental typography, showcasing an array of young typefaces that may be at the verge of stardom and make it to mainstream application. Let us celebrate the tenth edition of Slanted #10 announced for release in April 2010.
