Qompendium is an evolving and ever-changing platform for philosophy, art, culture and science, represented by a series of print publications: magazines, books and monographs. Furthermore, it is enriched by a gallery concept, a work shop and a fast-moving online portal.
Gina Osterloh lives and works in Los Angeles, California. She completed her MFA in Studio Art from University of California, Irvine in 2007, and her BA in Media Studies from DePaul University in Chicago in 1996. In 2008, she was in Manila as a recipient of a Fulbright Scholar Fellowship. She has been represented in exhibitions in the U.S., Austria, Portugal, Spain and the Philippines where she took part in the Galleon Trade exhibition curated by Jennifer Wofford at Magnet Gallery-Katipunan, and Trauma Interrupted curated by Flaudette May Datuin at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, both in 2007. Her most recent solo exhibit is Shooting Blanks, held May 3, 2008-June 4, 2008 at Green Papaya Art Projects. It is her first solo exhibition in the Philippines.
