A planetary mnemonic is a phrase used to remember the planets (and sometimes dwarf planets) of the Solar System with the order of the words corresponding to the increasing sidereal periods of the bodies.

In 2006 the International Astronomical Union (IAU) declared Pluto to a dwarf planet. Pluto is now considered the largest member of a distinct population called the Kuiper belt and no more a planet.

Louis Féraud died on 28 December 1999 after a long and severe Alzeihmer but he has left a great legacy. In 1950, Louis Féraud created his first "Maison de Couture" in Cannes and by 1955 had established a couture house in Paris on the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. From the mid 1950s he was dressing the Parisian elite and designed the wardrobe of Brigitte Bardot for many of her movies. It wasn't however until 1958 that he presented his first haute couture collection in Paris. The early 1960s saw Louis Féraud hire the young unknown designers Jean-Louis Scherrer, Margit Brandt and Per Spook. Later in 1999 right before Féraud's death the Secon Group acquired the brand.

This is a Louis Féraud tights in baby pink we found wandering around a flea market in Wiesbaden, Germany.
