POPPA JONS’ SILVER ARROW

London-born Bailey and Jersey City native Harney began their creative working relationship in 2011 as Art Directors in fashion. Their shared passion for music, sound design and content creation soon led to the formation of their independent Audio visual label FoundDope in 2015.

Envisaged on a 12 hour road trip from Berlin to Milano and the first release off the duos FoundDope label. The Merc Tape Vol. 1 is the culmination of years spent honing a sound underpinned by genres of the groups youth.

A curation of raw, unreleased demo instrumentals, pulled from the groups shared catalogue dating back to 2015; The Merc Tape Influenced by the sounds originating from both sides of the Atlantic. An ode to escapism, wanderlust and Silver Arrows (a nickname for Mercedes Benz) the album is intended to and send listeners on a 38 minute journey or be a vehicle for MCs to ride on.
